Thank you for participating in the INDEN 2022 Educational Conference. We are looking forward to the many discussions over the next few days. This page will provide you with some information for the conference.

 

Conference Outcomes:

  • Describe at least one innovation to address social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion for doctoral education which is currently in place or could be developed.

  • Discuss at least two advancements in the nursing science ecosystem that respond to global challenges in doctoral nursing education.

  • Propose at least one strategy to enrich current practices within an individual doctoral nursing program.

Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) Contact Hours

Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

To receive contact hours for the conference, participants are required to attend each session in its entirety, complete the NCPD event evaluation provided by Sigma, and complete the evaluation for the conference. Certificates can be retrieved after the online evaluation is complete. The number of contact hours awarded to each participant will be 6.75 hours. An email will be sent to registered attendees approximately two weeks after the event with instructions on accessing the online evaluation. This email will come from Sigma.
